The accommodation and facilities comprise:

Master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes, lamps, safety deposit box, hairdryer, wall mirror and pictures, leading to an ensuite bathroom with large sink and mirror, bath, toilet and bidet

Second room with twin beds, built in wardrobes, lamps, pictures and wall mirror

Additional bathroom with built in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and wall mirror

Large lounge, with two cream sofas, cream table and chairs for four persons, occasional tables and lamps etc, full length curtains across the three separate windows and Mediterranean Sea views

Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plus additional utility room with washing machine, laundry basket and airer

Large balcony (20 sq metres) with sea views, teak dining table and four matching chairs, plus 2 x teak armchairs with foot rests and full length cushions, and plants

Appliances include iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, orange juice maker

Television with UK channels (BBC1,2,3,4, ITV, CH4, Sky News, CBeebies and a host of free to view channels)

DVD player and video player with small selection of popular films

Air-conditioning / heating in all rooms, marble floor throughout (except bathrooms and kitchen which have non-slip tiles)

A choice of 4 swimming pools, 2 with large surrounding paved and grassed areas for sunbathing (see above) and a further 2 more secluded pools for quieter bathing

Own gated entrance to the beach with 2 good beach bars within a minute's walk

2 minutes walk from Duquesa port with its many bars and restaurants, 5 minutes walk into Sabinillas along either the beach, promenade or road
