Prices

Price for the apartment per week are detailed at the foot of this page.

In the winter months, discounts will be given for periods longer than 2 weeks, and / or couples only using the apartment.

A deposit of 25% (min £100) of the holiday cost secures the booking. The remainder (75%) must be paid 21 days before arrival date.

We ask you to arrive after 3pm and leave before 10am on day of departure to allow sufficient time to clean the property.

Weekly rental charges are normally from Saturday to Saturday. However, please contact us if you are looking for periods other than 7 days, and / or an arrival starting on days other than a Saturday, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that we do not rent the apartment to smokers or guests wishing to take their pets. Furthermore, we ask that no more than four guests share the apartment at any one time (excluding babies in cots).
